SKD100 automatic reel changer belongs to reverse coiling automatic reel changer. Its main function is to connect the test Handler to realize the functions of automatic reel supply, tape cutting, sealing, automatic replacement.
●Packing equipment test rate of good products : 100 % ( 10h continuous production ) .
●Crop rate : More than 95 % ( calculation method : ( actual output / theoretical output ) * 100 % ).
●Specification change : When the specification changes, just switch the tape and track, easy and simple.
●Tape feeder : Compatible with P2 ( bearing groove spacing 2mm ) and P4 ( bearing groove spacing 4mm ) tape ( can be switched through the software menu ).
●Tray feeder：Cylinder drive brake knife opening and closing control bowl feeder.
●Tray direction judgment station ( standard ) : sensor inspection.
●Tail rubber : Prefabricated yellow tail rubber stacking plate for packaging.
●Reel : Batching pulley buffer group, matching the speed of tape equipment.
●The tape cutting : With the counting optical fiber, the tape is cut.
●Tray ready：The lifting mechanism realizes the automatic stacking of the tray.
