SKD831 Gravity Test Handler

SKD831 gravity test handler: an automatic Handler designed for packaging and testing of IPM series products. The Handler adopts oblique back mode and integrates insulation test, electrical performance test, laser marking, brush dust removal and visual inspection.
● Feed mode: material tube stack and feed, automatically switch material tube.
● Test station:1 insulation test station(optional)+1 AC/DC test station.
● Marking station : optional.
● 3D visual station : optional.
● Sub-material level: it is driven by motor, the position of sub-material tube can be set by red and white tube, which can effectively distinguish good products from bad ones.
● Discharge mode: material tube stack and put in, automatically switch material tube.
● Modular structure design, a small number of parts can be replaced to complete the equipment restructure according to the requirements of product in the later stage.
