SKD860H test handler is a fully automatic sorting machine designed for IPM DIP series product package testing. The separator is equipped with multiple test stations in parallel with high temperature, which integrates high temperature heating, high temperature testing, product flipping, automatic BIN separation and function.
● Feeding method: mining tube stack feed, automatic refueling tube (stacking tank can stack 20 pieces);
● With DBC high temperature test mode nitrogen protection function;
● Preheating device: the use of air heater heating, heating temperature ≤ 175°, high efficiency double track preheating mechanism (accuracy ±3℃), with rapid cooling performance;
● High temperature test component: 2 stations high temperature test, heating temperature ≤ 175°, the test station is equipped with a separate device to improve the heating efficiency (accuracy ±3 ° C);
● Cooling device: the feeding track has the air cooling function;
● Turning station: the product test is completed with the turning function to ensure the direction of the product into the pipe;
● Parting position: driven by servo motor and designed by double parting shuttle mechanism, the mechanism is light, stable, accurate, fast and efficient;
● Feeding mode: 1 automatic material tube receiving mechanism, 5 NG manual tube mechanism, effectively distinguish good products from bad products (automatic tube slot can put 18 material tubes);
● PLC control system, friendly man-machine interface, the interface can display real-time production of each material tube product quantity, UPH, fault location, cause, treatment methods and other functions.
