| 1 | TFT Loading Module: CST loading adopts dual-layer upper and lower loading design, enabling non-stop CST loading. |
| 2 | Blue Film Peeling Module:Mainly used for peeling blue film from the TFT surface. This mechanism consists of an easy-peel sticker pre-attaching arm and a film peeling arm. The arm uses double grippers for film peeling, removing blue film from two products at once. |
| 3 | Dispensing / Tape Application Platform: Used for silver paste dispensing and conductive tape application on the TFT surface.Both vision inspection and dispensing are completed on the same platform, reducing product handling during the process and improving yield. |
| 4 | Dispensing AOI Inspection + NG Rejection:Mainly used for AOI inspection after TFT dispensing and NG product rejection. AOI inspection uses dual cameras for simultaneous detection. The camera mechanism is equipped with a Y-axis movement, supporting products for reverse lamination. |
| 5 | CCD Vision Module: Adopts a gantry structure to ensure high camera stability. The module drives a dual-camera assembly to move left and right, providing precise alignment for both small and large products. |
6 | Lamination Platform: Main function is to attach FPL / PS onto TFT. There are four lamination heads in total, each independently controlled by X, θ and Z axes.The X and θ axes are responsible for lamination position compensation. |
