Mark To Mark 6-DoF Alignment Technology   ( S-KING A proprietary alignment system that determines the 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DoF) positional information of lenses based on the position and height of product Marks)

 

  • X/Y/Q axis linked control, with high-resolution CCD camera providing real-time parameter feedback. The X/Y/Q axes perform shift alignment compensation based on CCD parameters.
  • RA/RB axis linked control, with laser providing real-time parameter feedback. The RA/RB axes perform tilt alignment compensation based on the parameters.
  • Real-time Z-axis control, with laser providing real-time parameter feedback. The Z-axis performs Z High alignment compensation based on the parameters.

High-precision 6-axis closed-loop control technology

 

  • High-precision series 6-degree-of-freedom fine-tuning platform and motion control system, with achievable accuracy: Shift ≤ ±0.3 μm, Tilt / Rotation Q ≤ 0.003°, Z height ≤ ±0.3 μm.It can also cooperate with 6-degree-of-freedom alignment technology to realize full closed-loop control.

 Using the MTF principle to identify imaging quality for 6-degree-of-freedom alignment of lenses and displays. Achievable accuracy:Offset / Tilt ≤ 0.1 mm / ≤ 0.06 D,Rotation / Height tolerance ≤ ±0.1° / ≤ 0.05 D.
