SKD936T turret test handler for discrete devices, IC devices and other Tray tray in and out of the material, appearance detection, braid, with high-speed test marking braid capability, using high-precision DDR. Integration of marking system and imaging system to bring high quality product output to customers.
● Can support Tray to Reel, Bowl to Tray, Tray BIN and other feeding and unloading methods and BIN methods; Low Tray plate of transplanting: automatically in plate, positioning soft smooth, mobile location of high precision products;
● Low main wheel: the main wheel is equipped with servo motor drive the suction nozzle of 36, can you have your product to each station by adsorption of suction nozzle precise center;
● Low conductivity is/steering device: precision of product positioning and the reversing, positioning error is 0.005 mm, direction accuracy of 0.1 degrees;
