  1    Loading and unloading robot is equipped with a 4-axis robot (arm span 700 mm) with vacuum nozzles.
2  The laminating platform is equipped with a USC cleaning mechanism to effectively remove foreign particles and improve production yield.
3  Transfer platform: CG platform with non-marking vacuum nozzles for centering and reference positioning.
4  Film peeling and handling robot is equipped with a 6-axis robot, suitable for 3–8 inch products, with single-piece pickup success rate ≥ 99.5%.
5  Equipped with USC cleaning mechanism to effectively remove foreign particles and improve production yield.
6  Adopts high-resolution CCD camera for high lamination accuracy.
7  Mark recognition solution: when the Mark point angle is within 0° ≤ θ ≤ 50°, coaxial and area light sources are used for illumination to meet requirements at      various angles.

  Incoming material inspection:Foreign particles sized 50 μm ≤ size < 100 μm: 95% detection rate;  Foreign particles sized ≥ 100 μm: 100% detection rate.
