In the pledge meeting, Ms. Zhang Jinmei, General Manager of Panel Division, led everyone to review the work history of 2024. Reviewing the year 2024, Ms. Zhang praised the good parts, and put forward practical improvement suggestions for the shortcomings.

In order to better promote the work, Ms. Zhang proposed to improve the management system, strengthen the cooperation between departments, and ensure the openness of information, so that every member can keep abreast of the work progress and related situations. At the same time, she emphasized that all staff should be united and improve work efficiency, and devote themselves to their work with a more proactive mindset.
